All downloads on this page are for our mail products, Aid4Mail and Mailbag Assistant, and are free of charge. For downloads relating to any of our other products, please visit Fookes.com.
If you already have a registered copy of one of our products, and wish to upgrade, then please use the "Check for updates" / "Get updates" feature that is built into all of our software (except for early versions).
Program downloads are available in two formats: EXE or ZIP. You only need one or the other, not both. The EXE file is the easiest to install, however some systems do not allow executable files to be downloaded in which case download the ZIP file and extract its contents (this can be done directly in Windows XP and Vista, and with a utility like Winzip for older versions of Windows).
All our products come with built-in Help. However, if you prefer a printed manual, download the PDF manual for that product and print it using Adobe Acrobat.
The Standard, Professional, and Forensic versions of Aid4Mail all use the same free download. It operates in trial mode until a license is purchased and the product is activated. In trial mode, the features of Aid4Mail Professional are available, but with the following limitations:
These limitations are removed once a license is purchased and the product is activated. Note, however, that if you purchase an Aid4Mail Standard license, the Professional features available during trial mode (for example export and import of mail into Office Outlook) will no longer be available after activation. If you purchase an Aid4Mail Enterprise license, a separate download is needed which will be sent to you instead of an activation code.
Note that a free trial of Aid4Mail Console (which is packaged with Aid4Mail Enterprise) is available upon request. Please contact us if you are interested.
The free trial version of Mailbag Assistant is valid for 30 days, and offers all of the features available in the full version.
