Fookes Software news and software updates are available directly through the Aid4Mail "News and Updates" screen. This screen can be accessed from the "Check News & Get Updates" menu command which is displayed when you click on the Software button. If you do not see the latest information on the "News and Updates" screen then click on the "Update Now" button to refresh the list.

We are currently adding the last features to Aid4Mail 2.0. If all goes well a public beta version will be released before the end of March 2010. If you are hesitating to purchase now or wait for the release of version 2.0, here's some information to help you decide:

• Major new features will include PDF and custom export formats, and powerful wildcard searches.
• Aid4Mail Standard will be replaced with a new version that supports Outlook files (PST and MSG).
• Some prices will go up (especially for 50+ seats) and licenses will be subject to a yearly subscription.
• All updates and major upgrades will be free of charge during the subscription period.
• License options will be clearer and take into account a larger array of uses.
• Aid4Mail Enterprise will require some form of license activation (online or offline).
• A discount will be available to licensed users upgrading to a corresponding license of version 2.

Aid4Mail 1.994 update now available. Uses more reliable method to mount source PST files. Adds new exit codes to Aid4Mail Console. Some other minor improvements and issues fixed.

The French version of Aid4Mail 1.994 is now available. It is called ToutMail and is currently the only software on the market that can correctly convert mail from the French version of Qualcomm Eudora.

The Aid4Mail Section 508 Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is now available. The purpose of this document is to assist federal contracting officials in making preliminary assessments regarding the availability of commercial electronic and information technology products and services with features that support accessibility.
