The following examples demonstrate the quality of mail conversion achieved by Aid4Mail, in comparison to that of Microsoft Office Outlook and Outlook Express:
In both examples, Aid4Mail carries out a perfect conversion with no data lost. Outlook and Outlook Express demonstrate problems such as unreadable messages and the loss of addresses, dates, and embedded contents.
The message shown in the following three screenshots originates from Eudora's Outbox (Out.mbx). The first screenshot shows what the message looks like in Outlook 2003 after it was converted from Eudora to MS Outlook with Aid4Mail Professional. The result is perfect and no data was lost during conversion. The second screenshot shows the same message, but this time it was imported from Eudora with Outlook's Import and Export tool. The third screenshot shows the message after it was imported from Eudora with Outlook Express's Import tool. Both the MS Outlook and Outlook Express imports produced an unreadable HTML message, lost the embedded chart, and lost the recipient To address (originally stored as a Eudora Nickname). MS Outlook also lost the message Sent date.
