How to connect with an Office 365 account when multi-factor authentication is turned-on

If you (or your admin) have multi-factor authentication turned on in your Office 365 account, you will need to create an app password in order to connect with your account via Aid4Mail.

You can create an app password by going to your “Security and privacy” settings, as shown here:

Once you have created the app password, please use it as the “Password” in Aid4Mail to connect with your account.

You can also find additional information from Microsoft here: Create an app password for Office 365

If you experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

If you would like to buy an Aid4Mail license, please visit the Aid4Mail website.
